Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and MenuWays Ltd. (company no. 514231802, 1 Snonit St., Caesarea 3079127, Israel; "we", "us") about using the Gagzoo Chrome extension and website ("Gagzoo"). By using Gagzoo you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Gagzoo.

1. Who can use Gagzoo

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of digital consent where you live, you may use Gagzoo only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who also accepts these terms for you.

2. What Gagzoo is

Gagzoo lets you place stickers, text, sounds, GIFs and effects on top of YouTube videos and share the result as a link. Videos always play from YouTube through YouTube's own player; Gagzoo does not download, copy, store or modify them. Your use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube's terms. Gagzoo is free; we may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Don't create accounts to get around a ban, and don't pretend to be someone else.

4. Your content

• You own what you make. Your Gagzoos, titles, descriptions and comments ("your content") remain yours.
• Permission you give us. So we can run Gagzoo, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example resizing for link previews) and distribute your content within Gagzoo and when promoting Gagzoo. It ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by others or kept for legal reasons.
• Remixes. By publishing a Gagzoo you allow other users to make their own copy of it in Gagzoo, change it and publish it, with you credited. Your original is never changed by a remix.
• Your responsibility. You confirm you have the right to post your content and that it follows these terms. Only use YouTube videos that are publicly available to you.

5. Rules

Gagzoo is for laughing together, not at someone's expense. Don't use Gagzoo to:

• bully, harass, threaten or humiliate anyone, including the people in a video;
• post hate speech, or attack people for who they are (such as race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability);
• post sexual or nude content, or anything that sexualises minors;
• promote violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, drugs or anything illegal;
• share someone's personal information (address, phone number, school and the like);
• impersonate someone, or spread misleading content presented as real news;
• spam, scam, or use bots or scripts to create content, likes, views or reports;
• infringe someone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer Gagzoo, or get around its limits or security.

6. Reports and moderation

Anyone can report a Gagzoo with the Report button (in Gagzoo or on its share page), saying what is wrong and when in the video it happens, or through our contact page. Comments can be reported with the flag next to each comment. We review reports and may hide or remove content, or delete comments, that break these terms.

Three strikes. When we remove one of your Gagzoos for breaking the rules, you get a strike and a warning in Gagzoo telling you which Gagzoo and which rule. After three strikes we may ban your account. For serious violations (for example sexual content involving minors, credible threats, or sharing someone's private information) we may ban an account immediately, without prior strikes. We may also limit features or suspend accounts that put others at risk.

If you think we got it wrong, contact us and we will take another look; a strike can be removed on appeal.

7. Copyright notices

If you believe content on Gagzoo infringes your copyright, send us a notice at gagzoo@olalim.com:

1. your name and contact details;
2. the work you own, and the Gagzoo link(s) you believe infringe it;
3. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
4. a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
5. your physical or electronic signature.

We will remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers. Note that the YouTube video itself is hosted by YouTube; for the video, contact YouTube.

8. Our rights

Gagzoo's software, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. The stickers, fonts and GIFs are provided under their own licences; GIFs are provided by KLIPY. The licences and credits are listed in the Credits section of our About page. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Gagzoo under these terms. Feedback you send us may be used freely.

9. Other services

Gagzoo works with services we don't control, including YouTube, Google sign-in and KLIPY. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and a video may become unavailable if its owner removes it or blocks embedding. Gagzoo is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Gagzoo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for content created by users. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Gagzoo is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Ending and changes

You can stop using Gagzoo at any time and delete your account yourself (Delete my account at the bottom of My Gagzoos) or ask us to delete it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and give notice in Gagzoo of important changes before they apply. Continuing to use Gagzoo after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Haifa District, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Questions: contact us.
